Captain Picard figure in teal uniform based on the Next Generation episode 'Tapastry'. This figure was made by Playmates for Toyfare magazine as an exclusive mail in figure in 1998. It did not appear in stores and was very limited. In this episode, Q takes Picard on a 'what if' journey where he does not become Captain but stays in the science field rather than command. A very unusual figure and a rare collectible.
